Tantric Emotional Liberation In this self-practice, you are essentially doing the blueprinting tool but with self-

pleasure, meaning you are learning to liberate the sensations of your emotional

experience, to cycle them through the microcosmic orbit and to do it sexually.

This is one of the most amazing practices for liberating yourself sexually. It is

also very tantric in flavor. When you practice this a lot it will change your

relationship to the nature of reality in a very special way.

You will set up for self-pleasure and you will have 10 minutes to tune in and

either turn yourself on or create a sensual loving connection with yourself.

Choose whatever vibration is most natural to your body that day. Then you will

stroke your body so you get a sensation activation.

Ask yourself periodically:

• What emotion am I feeling right now?

Let that emotion rise to the surface and then identify the sensations associated

with it, and then drop into the sensations and let them move through your

body as movement and sound in a pleasurable and orgasmic way.

Explore and find out how this feels in your body!

It doesn't matter if you experience orgasm or feel orgasmic, the focus is on

allowing movement of these sensations to expand through your body in an

orgasmic style movement.

Then cycle the sensations through the microcosmic orbit, up the back of the

spine to the crown of the head and then exhale it down the front of the body.

After this, repeat the whole process again by touching yourself a bit more and

then asking yourself, “What emotion am I feeling now?” and following each step

again.

Since this is such an energy liberating process, you want to finish with a

grounding exercise, dropping your energy all the way to the earth with deep

relaxed exhales, feeling yourself grow heavy and grounded into the center of

the earth.
