SecureCheck 8 Standard provides advanced security and effi ciency for your business check issuance process. Operati ng seamlessly with virtually any accounti ng applicati on, SecureCheck 8 Standard applies your check overlay, signatures, and check data in a single pass to print fi nished accounts payable and payroll checks on blank stock to any PCL5e printer in your offi ce. In ad-diti on to batch check issuance, SecureCheck Standard allows you to securely print and track manual checks as well.

As checks are processed, a secure audit trail is generated, signature logic applies the correct number of signatures on each check based on check amount, and printed check-security features, including a security watermark and specialized security fonts, can also be applied based on audited check data. System access to print checks and review audit and event logs is pro-tected through a secure login, and all signatures and check forms are stored in an encrypted format at the SecureCheck host, to ensure strong internal controls and security for your disbursement process. For enhanced security, SecureCheck Standard also provides event noti fi cati ons to keep specifi ed recipients informed of important events, such as when checks are printed, check overlays are modifi ed, or checks over a specifi ed dollar amount print.

AP Technology will design and pre-load two check or form outlines (Additi onal form out-lines are opti onal.). A check outline can be used to create overlays for multi ple accounts. Check overlays off er 12 text objects and 7 graphic objects per form, and modifi cati ons to overlays are easily made from within the check setup screen.

Viewer provides WYSIWYG capabiliti es to view check data locati ons and create a real-ti me audit map.

Defi ne how many signatures (one, two or no signatures) are printed on each check based on check amount. SecureCheck Standard includes 2 signature fi les (additons are op-ti onal). Each check overlay can have its own logic patt ern.

Print mixed-account check runs with automated selecti on of the correct check-overlay and printer.

Securely print manual checks from your accounti ng package. Automate data entry for previously entered names and addresses using the payee address book.

SecureCheck is capable of printi ng offi ce forms as well as checks (W-2, 1099, Invoices, etc.).

Print a security watermark across the face of your checks. The watermark contains the payee name and amount, with customiz-able setti ngs for line spacing, pitch, and grayscale.

For greater security, print the check amount in Reverse Font or Micro Font in a second locati on on your checks.
