Included, are listings of various executive officials, the Justices of the Supreme Courts, officers of the Legislatures, and members of the Commissions on Interstate Cooperation. Lists of all officials are as of late 1967 or early 1968. Concluding each page are population figures and other statistics, provided by the United States Bureau of the Census. . ^ .

River to the 31st parallel, east to the Chattahoqcbie, down that river to the mouth of the Flint, east' to the source of the St. Mary's, down that river to the ocean. Territory west of the Alleghenies was claimed by various States, but was eventually all ceded to the Nation. Thus, the major part of Alabama was acquired by the Treaty of Paris, but the lower portion from Spain in 1813. . -
