About us

Keever and Associates, Inc., Seattle Remodeling and  General Contractors was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. We are Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors and the majority of our work has been in the King county metro areas. We have also performed general contracting services all over the state including: Hood Canal, Hat Is., Chelan, Yakima, Cle Elum.

AAA Service Center TI Seattle, Chiropractic – Tenant Improvement

Bellevue, WA Apartment Re-Clad

Lower Queen Anne, Seattle, WA Mixed Use project

This Seattle General Contractors project was to convert an existing 1929 4 story concrete mini storage to an apartment/mixed use building in the lower Queen Anne Neighborhood of Seattle. The retrofit construction touched every aspect of the building.

Lake Union House Condominium Re-Clad Project

This 27 unit condominium building in Fremont, Seattle suffered from many years of deferred maintenance. Keever and Associates, Seattle General Contractors was hired by the Home Owner Association to provide General Construction services to restore the building. This Seattle construction project involved removing and replacing all the siding, windows, sliding glass doors, waterproof decks, railings, and roofing. 

Redmond Athletic Club Project

The Redmond Athletic Club, Seattle General Contractor project consisted of a total commercial remodel of a Munson’s Market Grocery store to the building pictured below. Some of the construction project highlights handled by Keever and Associates, Seattle general contractors are: Three quarters of the roof was removed to add a mezzanine level.  

Seattle Dental Office Tenant Improvement

This Dental Office tenant improvement in the Seattle Medical Dental Building created an eye catching store front as well as expanded the Dentist ability to serve more patients more comfortably.  Keever and Associates, Seattle general contractors provided tenant improvement services to combine two suites on the eleventh floor of the historic Medical Dental Building in downtown Seattle. 

AAA Service Center TI

Keever and Associates provided tenant improvement services for a new AAA Service Center. The project included: New HVAC, windows, storefronts, commercial ada bathrooms, offices, security system, structure wiring, break room/kitchen. The tenant improvement went well for everyone involved. 

Bellevue, WA Apartment Re-Clad

We were hired by the owner/developer of this 30 year old apartment building to repair the exteriors of the buildings.  The Bellevue apartment building had originally been purchased with the intent of converting it to condominiums but then the crash happened.  The new owners decided to return the complex to apartment units but needed to complete some major apartment construction repairs to do so. 

Seattle, Chiropractic – Tenant Improvement

This warm vanilla shell in a mixed use building in Magnolia consists of approximately 1200 sq ft. Keever and Associates helped guide the doctor’s tenant improvement plans from inception, architect selection, value engineering and ultimately the custom build out of the space.
