Method statement is approved based on method described in attached documents. CALLC to propose Bonding agent instead of cement slurry application. Calibration certificate invalid, CALLC shall submit latest calibration report. CALLC to submit the work schedule. Submit the chart showing the specified type of screed and area of application. Execution/master strictly as per supplier’s instruction and approved MAS. IR to be submitted at required stages. GCS to inspect/visit the cast area at all hold point stage as described in method statement.
