Select “New Mexico” from the drop-down menu.

Click the “Enter” button, which will bring you to the New

Mexico Online Services Page.

Select “Order Test Materials” to begin your order. This will

bring you to the login page.

Select “Administration”

Enter your username and password.

You have two passwords:

1. Add User Roles DTC or STC

2. Review Student Roster DTC or STC

3. Assign Student Accommodations DTC or STC

4. Create Classes DTC or STC

Log into the Portal: https://portal.nm.measuredprogress.org

Click on Users in the upper left hand corner.

Create New User

Enter user

2. Review Student Roster DTC or STC

While viewing Student Roster – click Edit in blue

Choose Accommodations Tab

Set Accommodations



3. Assign Student Accommodations DTC or STC

Accommodations Description

Line Reader Guidelines that the student can move up and down to display

one line at a time.

Color Chooser Color scheme for the text and background.

Read Aloud

Test questions and answer options are read aloud to student

in English (SWD 594 or ELL) (SBA & HSGA) or in Spanish

(SBA ONLY).

Note: Only the Read Aloud accommodation needs to be

documented in an IEP.

Magnifier Zoom levels to enlarge screen text.

Reverse Contrast Color contrast toggle between light and dark.

Line Reader Guidelines that the student can move up and down to display

one line at a time.

Create Grade Level Class

Click Students

Name the class

Choose a TA

Choose Grade

Add students

4. Create Classes DTC or STC

Click Test Sessions

Click on Schedule New Test Session

Select your test from the Test drop down list

Select your Class

Pick a start date if you wish

Click Schedule



5. Schedule Test DTC or STC

Click Test Sessions

Click on View Details/Student Logins for your class

This is the roster.

Select all of the students

(See Box next to Last Name)

Click Print Test Logins

Note Session Access Code

IT Coordinator Responsibilities for the Student Kiosk Before Testing

Tasks Who Should Do This?

1. Download New Student Kiosk DTC, STC, or IT Coordinator

2. Run Workstation Readiness Test DTC, STC, or IT Coordinator

3. Complete Site Certification DTC, STC, or IT Coordinator


Log into the Portal

Download links for Windows & Mac

Click on Administration


1. Download New Student Kiosk DTC, STC, or IT Coordinator


Use the Username/Password found on the Portal Home page to conduct WSR testing

on each student workstation or student workstation configuration




Launch the student kiosk on your device and log in with Site Readiness credentials.

Click on the System Check WRS Test

The System Check will ensure the

computer is working properly before the

students try to test! Identifying problems

now is better

Click on the WSR Session trial

The WSR test will demonstrate the kinds of items and interactions within the test. Can your device take the SBA?




See a record of your certification in the Portal under Site Setup


3. Complete Site Certification DTC, STC, or IT Coordinator


TA Responsibilities During & After Testing

Distribute Student Login Tickets for each student assigned to you for

testing.

Post the Test Access Code for the test session at the front of the room.

Monitor students to ensure they have logged on successfully and answer

any procedural questions.

Speak with your technology coordinator and/or Measured Progress

Technical Support (1-877-676-6722) about any technology-related issues

that arise.

If a student needs to leave the test room for any reason, be sure an escort is

available to accompany the student to and from the test room.

Collecting the Student Login Tickets and scratch paper


Pausing a Test During the test session, if a student needs to leave the test room, he or

she must click Pause to pause the test.

Once clicked, the Pause timeframe lasts for 20 minutes. If a test is paused for more than 20

minutes, the test administrator must restart the test by entering a Proctor Password at the

student’s workstation. This is separate from student credentials on a log in ticket.

SBA UPS Pickup Scheduling http://iservices.measuredprogress.org

Schedule UPS Pickup of the SBA

1. NM Online Services Page, choose UPS Pickup Request

2. Select Administration

3. Enter Return Service Label Tracking #

4. Click Login

You can schedule

your pickup, or hand

off materials to your

local UPS driver.

return service label will pre-populate.

2. Enter your contact information.

3. If you need a pickup at a different

location than what the label says,

enter new information.

4. Enter # of boxes.

5. Click “Place Pickup Request”.

Requests placed before 2:00 PM

MT will be scheduled for the next

business day. Requests placed

after 2:00 PM MT will be

scheduled for the second

business day.

Student Reports to Parents which are printed and shipped to districts. All

online reports can be printed locally.
