• LA moving from being a provider of school improvement to a commissioner

Traded Learning Service Leading Transformation

Leadership Group established with TLS & school SLT/governors

Needs analysis of the school, using SIP reports, OFSTED

action plans, SEF, & stakeholder consultation

Select priorities- both universal and targeted

Develop a action plan to deliver on priority outcomes

Implement both universal and targeted needs led plan

Monitor against early success indicators

Review against meaningful outcomes

The Traded Learning Service consultant will review the plan for change and monitor school progress as they deliver against their established priorities

The Traded Learning Service consultant puts together an action plan with the SLT to address the selected priorities and helps to communicate it to the relevant staff or partners. This may involve commissioning effective partnerships or providers.

The Traded Learning Service consultant helps the school select priorities and urgent issues that will support transformation in wellbeing and achievement for pupils.

The Traded Learning Service consultant establishes robust evaluation structures and measures the impact of the transformational plan

The Traded Learning Service consultant analyses school needs in conjunction with the SLT and develops a strategic plan with them
