    "Schedule to destinations"

    Lets you do the following:Schedule objects to destinations other than the default Enterprise location.

    Modify the default destinations specified fors cheduling.To schedule the objectto destinations, you also require the following rights:

    The "Schedule the document to run" right on theobject that you want to schedule. The "Add objects to the folder" right on the recipientinbox (if you want to schedule to an inboxdestination). The "Copy objects to another folder" right on theobject that you want to schedule (if you want to send a copy to an inbox destination instead ofa shortcut).

    "View document instances"Lets you view object instances. This right is abasic right that is required forall tasks that youperform on object instances.

    "Schedule on behalf ofother users"

    Lets you schedule objects for other users orgroups. The user or group that you schedule theobject for becomes the owner of the object instance.To schedule an object for other users or groups,you also require the following rights:

    This right on the user or group.

    The "Schedule the document to run" right on theobject.

    "Replicate content"

    Lets you replicate objects to another system ina federated deployment.

    "Copy objects to anotherfolder"

    Lets you create copies of objects in other foldersin the CMS. To do this, you al

    so require the "Addobjects to the folder" right on the destinationfolder.Note:When an object is copied, the explicit security onthe object is not copied; the new object inherits securitysettings from the destination folder, but youmust reset explicit security.

    "Delete objects"

    Lets you delete objects and their instances.

    "Define server groups toprocess jobs"

    Lets you specify which server group to use whenobjects are processed. This rightonly applies toobjects for which you can specify processingservers.To specify a

    server group, you also require the"Edit objects" right on the object.

    "Securely modify the rightsusers have to objects"

    Lets you grant rights or access levels that youalready have on an object to other users. To dothis, you require this right on the user and theobject itself.

    "Edit objects"

    Lets you edit object content and the propertiesfor objects and folders

    "Add objects to the folder"

    Lets you add objects to a folder. This right alsoapplies to objects that behavelike folders suchas inboxes, Favorites folders, or object packages.

    "View objects"

    Lets you view objects and their properties. If youdo not have this right on anobject, the object ishidden in the BusinessObjects Enterprise system.This rightis a basic right that is required for alltasks.
