This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered between PURPLE SQUIRRELEDUVENTURES PVT LTD, NAGPUR. a company incorporated under the Indian Companies

Act, 1956 having its registered office and represented by its undersigned of the ONE PART

AND

SADABAI RAISONI WOMEN'S COLLEGE, NAGPUR represented by the undersigned ofthe OTHER PART.

whereas PURPLE SQUIRREL EDUVENTURES PVT LTD, NAGPUR And SAOanArRAISONI WOMEN'S COLLEGE, NAGPUR shall be hereinafter jointly referred to

as the "Pafties" and singularly as a"Patty".

PURPLE SQUIRREL EDUVENTURES PVT LTD, NAGPUR ANd SADABAI RAISONI

WOMEI{'S COLLEGE, NAGPUR have decided to agree to establish industry-academic collaboration in area of mutual interest and in accordance with terms and

condition set forth in this Memorandum of lJnderstanding (MoU).

So that the students get hands on experience of live project & live research.

woMEN'S COLLEGE, NAGPUR at its sites to enable them to get practical

exposure and learning form interaction with staff members of Purple

Squirrel's researoh team.

3. Depending on requirement PURPLE SQUIRREL F|,DUVENTURES PVT LTD.

may offer specific assignments with identified deliverable to be executed by

SADABAI RAISONI WOMEN'S COLLEGE, NAGPUR. DEtAil MOdAlitiES

including financial would be mutually worked out for each

assignment/project.

4. puRprE SQUIRREL EDUVENTURES PVT LTD. may parlicipate in campus

placements to hire talent form SADABAI RAISONI WOMEN'S COLLEGE,

NAGPUR

5. PURPLB SQUIRREL EDUVENTURES PVT LTD. may amange technical

workshops/Forum/Guest lecture in SADABAI RAISONI WOMEN'S

C9LLEGE, NAGrUR for faculty and students. Details modalities including

financial would be mutually worked out for each workshop/forum.

6. The parlies mutually agree to share the information in hard and soft form

available with them in strict confidence; and will respect the intellectual

properly rights of each other" If the decision not to pursue a collaborative

activity is taken, all the information shall be returned to the rightful/source

owner.

7. The parties mutually agree to share infrastructure facilities like laboratories,

class room, library, etc. whenever required for execution of the various

programs as per the mutually agreed schedule and conditions.

8. Each pafiy shall appoint one nodal officer to take periodically review and

identifu ways to strengthen cooperation between both the parties.

This MoU will be effective from the date it is signed by representative of the

parties. It will remain valid for the three years, and may be continued

thereafter by suitable review and agreement. Either pafty may give MoU

termination by giving written notice to other pafty six months in advanced.

are allowed to be eompleted successfully.
