Chief Engineer (Project & Sports Zone) presented the above item in the 138th EAC

meeting held under the chairmanship of VC, ODA on 27.08.2019 at

os.3o PM for approval, the minutes of the above meeting was circulated vide

EM.l(37)s7 /Vol. 128/2463 dated : 30.08.2019.

The Estimate Approval Committee DOA is pleased to accord the A/ A & E/S

for the above said work for an amount of Rs . 66, 75, 75,357 / - (Rupees Sixty Six

Crores Seventy Five Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Seven Only)

which includes Rs.60,00,67, 736/- (Rupees Sixty Crores Sixty Seven Thousand

Seven Hundred Thirty Six Only) as works outlay including 3% contingency and

Rs.6, 75,07,620/- (Rupees Six Crores Seventy Five Lacs Seven Thousand Six

Hundred Twenty Only) as Departmental Charges @ 11.25%.

The expenditure shall be charged under the head of a/c of Nazul A/C-11 to the

Major Code (Head) of 2423 and Minor Code (Head) of 11. It may be ensured that

provision has been kept for the same in RBE 2019-20 and BE-2020-21.

Finance Member, ODA has accorded the Financial Concurrence to the

preliminary estimate for the above mentioned work and the same has been

conveyed by Accounts Officer (Works)-1, ODA vide No. F4(387)/WAC-l/2019-

20/F17(1)/ AE-VII/Sports Div.-1/2019-20/01 dated 20.08.2019 for an amount of

Rs. 66, 75, 75,357 /- (Rupees Sixty Six Crores Seventy Five Lakhs Seventy Five

Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Seven Only) which includes Rs.60,00,67, 736/­

(Rupees Sixty Crores Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Six Only) as

works outlay including 3% contingency and Rs.6, 75,07,620/- (Rupees Six Crores

Seventy Five Lacs Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Only) as Departmental

Charges @ 11.25%.

Accord of A/A & E/5 is subject to compliance of the conditions from SI. No. 1

to 12 laid down in above mentioned Financial Concurrence and 13gth EAC Minutes

of Meeting as well as all other codal formalities and departmental

instructions/circulars issued time to time.
