Engineer & Contractor, Bismillah Plaza Office No-1, Block-D, Main Double Road Sawan Garden, Islamabad participated in the tenders. The Technical Evaluation Report was prepared on the basis of documents provided by the bidders and found both the firms compatible / responsive. As both the firms qualified for evaluation of Financial Bid, the committee opened the financial bids on same day which revealed as under.
