I am delighted to invite you and your staff to

Steadfast’s 15th Convention in Sydney from

6-9 April 2013 inclusive.

The 2013 Convention will be held at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition

Centre (SCEC) located on the Darling Harbour waterfront – a thriving precinct

on the edge of Sydney’s central business district. Darling Harbour is home to

some of Australia’s most significant tourist attractions as well as numerous

restaurants and shops.

Once again we have an outstanding line-up of Australia’s premier speakers and

business leaders who will share their experiences, knowledge and skills. Brett

Rutledge will continue to entertain and motivate the delegates as our esteemed

Convention MC.

Our Convention, as always, is strongly supported by our loyal sponsors and

exhibitors. Their continued support ensures Steadfast is able to provide a high

quality, value-for-money event. Continuing the successful format and style of

the Marketplace in 2012, Convention sessions will again commence at 9.30am

and the Welcome Reception will be held in the Marketplace on Saturday night

to allow delegates extra time to network with sponsors.

Fees include attendance at all Convention sessions

Fees include attendance at the opening sessions on

Reception on Saturday, Convention Dinner on

Day Registrations

The day registration fees are only available to

Steadfast Shareholders and their staff where the

Shareholder Principal is registered as a full delegate.

Day registration is only available on Sunday,

Monday and Tuesday and includes attendance at

the sessions on the nominated day, morning tea,

lunch and networking drinks on the nominated day,

access to the Steadfast Marketplace, a Convention

satchel, gift and pocket program. Attendance at

Welcome Reception on Saturday, Convention Dinner

on Sunday and Grand Finale Dinner on Tuesday

must be booked separately and will incur an

additional fee.

Registration Authorisation

All delegate registration forms MUST be signed by

the Shareholder Principal of the business. Failure to

do so will result in the registration form not being

processed.

Confirmation of

Registration

If registering online, a summary of your registration,

including the authorisation form, will be emailed to

you immediately. The summary will include details

of all requirements according to your registration

submission. The authorisation section must be

signed by the Shareholder Principal of the business

and returned to All Occasions Management within

5 days in order for your registration to be accepted

and confirmed. You will also receive a tax invoice.

If you have not received written confirmation of

your registration within 5 days of returning the

authorisation form, please contact All Occasions

Management on 08 8125 2218.

The Steadfast Marketplace

Entry into the Steadfast Marketplace will be

complimentary on Saturday, 6 April for those

Steadfast Shareholders’ staff whose Shareholder

Principal is registered as a full delegate.

All delegates must register to attend the

Convention. The registration and information desk

will be located in Bayside Foyer, Level 1 and will be

open during the following hours*:

Monday, 8 April 8.00am – 1.00pm

Tuesday, 9 April 8.00am – 4.30pm

Name Badges

All Delegates, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Accompanying

Partners and Day Registrations will be issued with

a name badge at registration.

Admittance to all sessions and social functions

included in the registration fee will require

presentation of your badge.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be sent in writing

(mail, fax or email), to All Occasions Management.

Registration cancellations received up to 30

days prior to the Convention will receive a full

refund, less a $110.00 handling fee. Registration

cancellations received less than 30 days and up to

7 days prior to the Convention will receive a 50%

refund. No refunds will be given for registration

cancellations received within seven days of the

Convention, however a substitute delegate may

be nominated. Please note, in the event of a

cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded

to hotels, tour companies or other related business

will be at the discretion of the supplier.

workshop offers a rich cultural heritage mixed with

modern facilities. Relax and catch up with new and

selection from some of the best wine producing

In true Steadfast style, the night’s entertainment

will be an amazing live show from a very special

performer – Leo Sayer! With a singing career

still entertaining audiences around the world with

delights from one of Sydney’s leading catering

companies. Innovative, creative and inspirational –

the night’s menu will be simply stunning.

We will be entertaining you at Australian

Technology Park which will again be transformed

to host the final dinner – showcasing the building’s

original features including cast-iron columns,

arched windows and rustic brickwork.

The famous line-up of entertainment commences

with a hot new show that salutes the timeless music

of ‘Franki Valli and the Four Seasons’ called ‘Walk

Like a Man – A Salute to the Jersey Boys’. Costumed

and choreographed to perfection, the show includes

hit song after hit song. A highlight of tonight’s

entertainment is Cosentino’s Grand Illusion Show.

Runner-up of the fifth series of ‘Australia’s Got

Talent’, a three-time Australian Champion of Magic

and Guinness World Record contributor, Cosentino

is an award-winning international illusionist.

You will be spellbound by his magic, including

mind-blowing illusions, a suspense-filled escape

from a straight jacket, mind-reading, razor blade

swallowing and disappearing acts.

Finishing the night in famous style will be Matt

Hetherington and his rocking voice which won

him a spot in ‘The Voice’s’ live finals as Delta’s

rock and roll man. Matt will join us on stage and

continue the party vibe with his energetic band and

extraordinary voice.

Accommodation Booking

and Deposit

To make a booking, please complete the relevant

section on the registration form and read the terms

and conditions carefully before submitting forms to

All Occasions Management. Amounts required for

each hotel differ.

Accommodation bookings will require credit card

details so that a one-night deposit can be charged.

Credit card details need to be provided to All

Occasions Management prior to Friday, 1 February

2013 if not submitted with the original registration.

Should you require a booking after this date,

credit card details must be provided with your

accommodation request so that a deposit can

be charged and forwarded on to the hotel to

secure your booking. Cheque and EFT payments

for accommodation are not accepted and will be

returned to the Delegate, Sponsor and/or Exhibitor.

Arrival Time

Hotel check-in time is 2.00pm unless otherwise

specified. If you arrive prior to this time, your

room may not be available. To guarantee a room

for an early arrival you will need to book for the

previous night.

Late Arrivals

Please indicate on your booking form or notify All

Occasions Management in writing if you will arrive

at your hotel after 6.00pm on the day of arrival.

Failure to do so may result in your room being

released.

The accommodation deposit will be forfeited should

you not arrive on the date you have booked. In this

instance, your subsequent night’s accommodation

will be cancelled and may be re-sold without notice.

In addition, you must refer to the hotel’s individual

cancellation terms for any additional cancellation

fees that may be incurred.

Check Out

Check out time is strictly 10.00am unless otherwise

specified. Late check out will result in the hotel’s

daily rate being charged.

All rates are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST

and are for room only unless indicated otherwise.

All rates refer to single, double or twin-share unless

otherwise indicated.

‘Single’ – a single occupancy room

‘Double’ – a room with one double or queen bed

Alterations and

Cancellations

Alterations or cancellation of hotel accommodation

must be sent in writing to All Occasions

Management, not to the hotel. Cancellations with

less than 7 days notice may incur a penalty. This is at

the discretion of the hotel. Refer to each individual

hotel’s cancellation terms and conditions.

Any alterations (eg change of name or increase/

reduction of dates) made after Monday, 4 March

2013 will incur an administration fee of $18.00

per request.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are available from Sydney Airport

with Airport Connect from $14.00 one-way and

$26.00 return when booking online. Airport Connect

offers door-to-door Sydney Airport shuttle services

to and from Sydney Domestic and International

Airport and from and to Sydney CBD. Please visit the

Catch Sydney’s airport train – Airpoint Link – from

$15.40 per trip for an adult. Airport Link is a fast

and convenient way to reach the centre of Sydney.

Trains run approximately every 10 minutes and

the journey into the city takes only 13 minutes.

The international and domestic rail stations link

directly to the City Circle which means most city

destinations are within a short walk of stations.

Convention Centre parking and Exhibition Centre

parking is located off Darling Drive, underneath the

Centre’s five exhibition halls, in Darling Harbour. The

car park provides direct access to the Centre and

the Darling Harbour precinct and is open 24 hours,

Monday to Sunday.

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural

disasters, Steadfast Convention Pty Ltd, the

Organising Committee and the All Occasions Group

cannot accept responsibility for any financial or

other losses incurred by the delegates. The Steadfast

Convention Pty Ltd, the Organising Committee and

the All Occasions Group take no responsibility for

injury or damage to persons or property occurring

during the Convention. All insurance, including

medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of

the cancellation of the Convention, is the individual

delegate’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged

to choose a travel insurance policy that includes

loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your

participation in the Convention or through the

cancellation of the Convention itself, loss of airfares

for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage

to personal property, additional expenses and

repatriation should travel arrangements have to

be altered. The Convention Secretariat will take no

responsibility for any participant failing to take out

insurance.

Sydney Buses run services throughout the city

almost 24 hours a day. The main bus terminals are

located at Circular Quay, Wynyard, Town Hall and

Central Station and information is available from

Victoria Building and Central Station.

CityRail trains have a large network across Sydney

and trains run from approximately 4.00am until after

midnight on most lines. Train information kiosks

are located at Circular Quay and Central Stations

and ticket vending machines are open 24 hours.

In accordance with the requirements of the

Australian Privacy Act 2000, the All Occasions Group

(encompassing All Occasions Management and

Travelscene at All Occasions) complies with such

legislation which is designed to protect the rights

of the individual to privacy of their information.

All information collected with respect to your

registration for participation in this Convention will

only be used for the purposes of planning, conduct

of the event or communication regarding future

events. These details may be made available to

parties directly related to the Convention including,

but not limited to, the All Occasions Group, venues,

accommodation and travel providers (for the

purposes of room/travel bookings and Convention

options), key sponsors (subject to strict conditions)

and other related parties as deemed necessary. It

is also usual practice to produce a ‘Delegate List’

of attendees at the Convention and to include an

individual’s details in such a list. When completing

the registration form you have the option to allow

or opt out of your details being included in the

delegate list. It is your responsibility to ensure

that all information provided to the All Occasions

Group is accurate and kept up-to-date. To access or
