ROAD TO SPECTERA
The idea of organizing technical festival is to gather all the technocrats from different
colleges and test their skills. The preparation of tech-fest starts on the date of 03rd
January 2018 after getting permission from the Mr. Girish Patel sir(Chairman, SPEC-
Bakrol) and Prof.(Dr.) Bhavesh Shah (Principal, SPCE-Bakrol). Both departmental heads
(Prof. Ronak Patel from IT And Prof. Dhaval Patel from Computer Engineering) become
the event convenors, and create a team of four co-convenors (Asst. Prof. Swachil Patel,
Prof. Tarun Saluja, Prof. Prasann Barot, Prof. Mihir Rajyaguru). As both the department
organizing tech-fest very first time, all the members are started gathering information
about various tech-fest that been held in different colleges so that they can get clear
visualisation of event. On the basis of that convenors and co-convenors decide some
technical and non-technical events that can be introduced in this festival along with
some good seminar topics.
Simultaneously the event convenors take permission for different premises of college
for conducting different events from Chairman Sir of SPEC & Principal Sir -SPCE, Bakrol.
Without any hesitation Chairman Sir & Principal Sir gave permission. After that all the
committees are formed with their faculties (IT and Computer Department) and students
(IT and Computer Department) coordinators like designing, decoration, discipline,

After that convenor decides to call Dr. Keyur Rana for conducting seminar on “Smart
Computing”, who is Head of Computer Engineering department, SCET Surat. With that
one report is formed to upload on GTU website and a press note for local newspaper, it
reflects immediately on the second day. At last based on registration entry and game
