April 14, 2015 To Whom It May Concern, I Sarah Kowsari, applying for Metrobank Credit Card. As far I remembered there was an agent who drop by SM Mall of Asia Genex branch to sign the Metrobank Orginal application form and pick up my one (1) month pay slip and PRC ID. So during the verification call I don’t remembered that I’m denying that I applied or did not apply. It seems were not able to understand each other. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience.
