SECTION 2: GOODS RECEIPT
Mobile App Feature
Description of the default Mobile configuration
Version SAP Backend Reference Transaction
Mobilized Subset of SAP Backend Reference Transaction
Initial transmit (Synchronization) has taken place and Master data has been downloaded to the mobile device. Every transmit afterwards will download only new/changed Master data on the device. The Inventory Manager functionality supports download of Transactional data on the basis of Search Criteria specified on the mobile device by the user. Each time a new search criteria is specified, the existing data is replaced by the new set of data. In additional default filter criteria can also be set up in the SAP Configuration Panel On the Mobile application, the Goods Receipt functionality is available on a separate 'Receipts' tab Goods Receipt
Search PO The user can trigger a search for Purchase Orders from the mobile device by clicking on a button.
3.2 ME23N The following search criteria for Purchase Orders is supported: - Delivery Date (From - To) - Vendor - PO Number - Plant - Material - Document Date (From - To) - Open Items Only (Check/Uncheck)
Search Prod. Ord.
The user can trigger a search for Production Orders from the mobile device by clicking on a button.
3.2 CO03 The following search criteria for Production Orders is supported: - Material (From - To) - Order Number (From - To) - Production Plant (From - To) - Planning Plant (From - To)

View Order Details
The user can select an Order and click on the View button to view its details The Order Header, Item and previous Material Documents are available for viewing
3.2 ME23N/CO03 The following fields from the Order Header are supported for viewing: - Order ID - Document Date - Vendor ID - Vendor Name The following fields from the Order Item are supported for viewing: - Item Number - Plant - Material - Short Text - Storage Location - Quantity - Unit In addition the following fields are also available for viewing. These are mobile specific fields: - Open Quantity - Total Received - Total Returned - Serialized The following fields from the existing received Material Documents are supported for viewing: - Document ID - Item ID - Posting Date - Plant - Quantity - Header Text - Movement Type - Sr. No
Goods Receipt
The user can select an Item from the Purchase Order or Production Order and Receive the Material by clicking in the 'Receive' button The user can also trigger a Receipt of all the items of the Purchase Order by clicking on the 'Receive All' button
3.2 MIGO 101 - GR Goods Receipt 103 - Goods Receipt into Blocked Stock
The following fields are supported for data entry when issuing (where options are not specified the fields are free text entry fields): - Document Date (defaulted to current date, date is selectable from the calender control) - Movement Type (101 - default, 103) - Header Text - Delivery Note - Storage Location (defaulted from the Order Item, can be changed by selecting a Storage Location from a set of Storage Locations in the user's Plant - WRK parameter) - Unloading Point - Quantity (defaulted from the Order Item) - Stock Type (drop down values from SAP domain MIGO_INSMK) - Special Stock Indicatory (drop down values from SAP table T148T) - Batch

The user can select an Item from the Purchase Order and Return the Material by clicking in the Return button
3.2 MIGO 102 - Reversal of GR 122 - RE Return to Vendor 124 - GR Return Blocked Stock

It is possible to create an ad-hoc receipt from the mobile application without a reference to any document in SAP Once a local ad-hoc receipt has been created, it is possible to create and ad-hoc return Locally created goods movements which haven't been posted to SAP can be edited or cleared

After entering the count, it is possible to edit the count. In case of ad-hoc count documents
