Asset Integrity

• Leak (pin hole) was found on Oct 28th, 2016 during operator patrol. Leak location was at 8” pipe outlet of TGC-1 After Cooler 23-HA-212, at the upstream of 23-SDV-103

• Immediate action performed by temporary wrapping the leak location• Follow up inspection performed by UT scanning and MPI, found 2 linear crack indications• Piping fabrication completed on November 14th, 2016 in Cikarang and installed on November

17th,2016 at Maleo Producer Platform
