JOB DESCRIPTION

Title of the position: On-the- job trainee

Department: Bodega (Materials management)

Overall responsibility: Manage the movement of the materials that are used in making Pepsi Products

Key areas of Responsibility;

•Observe and record the use of materials•Document the materials used•Sort the documents•Post the records to the bin cards for back up records

•Check the incoming materials and summarize it•Daily inventory of stocks•Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. •Supervise and guard the workers in claiming the materials.
