Create a minimum 350 additional affordable units

Are owned solely by a municipality (non-private)
Qualify for tax-exempt financing

Once stabilized, the BABs qualified propertiespurchased with cash will be re-financed withmortgages
The new mortgages will generate additionalproceeds as equity for re-investment
