side. Add mint into a cocktail shake &

press. Add the sugar syrup, lemon,

apple juice & vodka. Fill with cubed

ice & shake for 10 seconds. Fine strain

& top with Fentimans Tonic. Add a drop

of celery bitters & lightly churn.
