With us you will be responsible for

We are looking for a Solution Architect, to be responsible for Salesforce.com (SFDC) design,

development, and customisation. You will have opportunities to create new IT solutions,

services and products that benefit not just your customers’ businesses but all of society. You

will directly participate in the full implementation lifecycle, gathering business requirements,

designing, developing, testing, deploying, training and handling documentation. You will also

have an important role in presales, creating solutions in bids for our customers and proactively

come up with new ideas to extend our business and to better serve the customer.

Your key tasks will include

- Analyzing and reviewing technical architecture

- Presenting architecture options and recommendations

- Overseeing the implementation of SFDC from an architectural perspective

- Providing advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client

- Comprehending client requirements and provide the Business Solutions

- Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver client proposals

- Taking part in new bids and proactively propose new ideas for our customers

We expect you to have

You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are proactive and have good communication,

documentation, and presentation skills. You have the ability to see the big picture and co-

operate with Business Consultants, Sales Professionals and Programme Managers in order to

understand their business requirements and translate these into IT and technical solutions.

You have a holistic view of situations, and understand planning as well as implementation.

Project management and leadership skills are essential, as you will be playing an important

role in IT transition and transformation projects.

- A proven technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations

and at least 5+ years' experience working with SFDC.

- Direct experience with one SFDC Sales Cloud (application design, architecture and

development using Salesforce.com)

- Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC ( for example, SFDC APIs,

Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data

loaders, etc.)

- Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX,

Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of

SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.

- Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC

CRM software solutions.

- Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into design,

implementation.

- Effectively work with management and other remote development staff to accomplish

Salesforce.com project deliverables.

- Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at least 1

complex data migration to Salesforce.com.

- Fluent knowledge in Finnish and English
