INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Using a whisk, vigorously whisk until thick and fluffy.

2. Fill a glass with ice and milk, then swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top.

3. Enjoy!

Try warm, too. Simply heat the milk and skip the ice.
