StepUp multi-use trailer system is a self-contained self-powered mobile communications classroom o�ering the following features.

n Fully extending side pods providing a working floor area of 48m2

n Full climate control system

n Cummins Onan 12kw Generator provides power for all functions.

n Full storage and kitchen facilities can be built in to the front of the trailer

n Satellite installation allowing high speed internet and telecommunications

n The entire trailer and tractor unit is vinyl-wrapped. You can quickly and economically visually update all or part of the system to take advantage of special events or Championship wins.

n Product merchandising racks are integral to the interior deign of the trailer making transitions into store usage a quick and easy proposition.

n AV provision built in to facilitate group classroom presentations.

Technical Description.Our attention to detail is second to none

n Floor Space

The main pod area will o�er a floor space

of 6m x 8m this gives a 48 square metre

footprint. The front and rear space left for

stowage and the welfare area provides a

further 14 square metres of space.

n Setup Time

With the use of a remote hydraulic system

the trailer is able to be setup within a 30-40

minute window. With simple hand control

systems and where possible lightweight

equipment this setup up time relies on one

man operation – two operatives can reduce

this up-and-running time to just twenty

minutes. By using the hydraulic levelling

the unit will be able to be setup on a wide

variety of terrains and surfaces o�ering

choice to the event organiser of position

of the trailer. By including spreader plates

with the trailer this reduces the e�ects

of the weight of the trailer on an surface

which can make a big di�erence when

looking a possible sites

n AV Solutions

We can provide a variety of screen

solutions including a HD 60” touch

screen o�ering high definition viewing of

Premiership matches, while also allowing

an interactive teaching facility for both

outreach programmes and post-match

analysis. The screen can be connected via

a HDMI feed to a rack mount PC which has

been designed to optimise software used

on touch screens, o�ering quick response

and excellent clarity for video streaming.

latest surround sound technology for

n Wi-fi Solutions

To o�er the most up to date connectivity

we recommend the use of Ka band Satellite

solutions. This is the latest generation of

Wi-Fi link which o�ers a more economic

internet connection in both rural and

urban areas. We also provide a Wi-fi bubble

around the vehicle which will allow the

sponsors to send out event information

to members, o�ering extended internet

connections for any external activities.

n Interior

The interior space o�ers a flexible working

space for a wide variety of activities and

by using modular furniture systems this

space can be altered quickly and with little

e�ort, allowing it to change from a mobile

classroom to merchandise facility within a

matter hours. This flexibility will o�er the

operator the chance to change the trailers

usage throughout the units life cycle

o�ering longevity and value to the solution.

n Accessibility

The vehicle is designed to accommodate

any member of the public, with disabled

accessibility promoted though an integral

wheel chair lift and flat floors throughout

the working area.

Our service proposition.A comprehensive, hassle-free package of options

As experienced operators of Large Vehicles, we o�er comprehensive vehicle training and support at initial events to smooth the eventual club operation of the unit.

We can conduct all Draft Risk Assessments and driver training. We can even provide drivers under the terms of a service agreement. We will even train and CRB our drivers to level one rugby coaching qualifications. This added value benefit makes maximum HR use, providing useful extra hands in junior coaching situations.

TRAILER MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT

YEAR 1

n Subject to Operators License we anticipate 4 x PMI + MOT.

n 6 monthly inspection of passenger lift to comply with LOLER if a lift is required, alternatively a ramp for wheelchair access can be provided.

n Generator servicing at regular intervals, per manufacturer’s recommendations.

YEAR 2 - 5

n Periodic inspections on generator and passenger lift as above

n PMI & MOT as above

n Annual Electrical inspection and certification

n Annual Air Conditioner servicing

n Annual hydraulic and trailer operation service

n Annual Body Service

n Major Annual generator service with load bank

n Passenger lift service, inspection & load test

n Low Voltage checks

We could do most of the inspections and checks at customers premises

MOT INSPECTIONS

We can get collected and delivered back to customers premises.
