Perforated Aluminum Panels and Mashrabias


Perforated metal is a kind of sheet metal usually made with styles of perforating, emboss-ing, slotting or checkered plates. The process of creating perforations is called perforating, which involves puncturing the workpiece (usually a thin metal sheet) with a tool. Slotted perforated metal is a sheet or coil of material made from metal that contains holes punched by a die.

Round, square, oblong, triangle, slot, hex, oval, diamond and a broad variety of special shaped holes. We have tooling available for many different hole patterns and shapes. It is more economical to choose one of the available patterns, although special hole sizes and patterns can be accommodated at additional cost.

We supply perforated metal vent grillecovers in various shapes, sizes, hole shapes and styles. Hole shapes can be round, diamond or decorative designs. Various sheet thickness-es, hole sizes and a wide choice of finishes to fit different architectural design require-ments available.

Offering More Precision in Uniform Surface Plastering compared with expanded metal beads. Good shaping and trimming function. Designed for wall corners plastering and reinforcement. Used against chipping and cracking of wall construction. Mostly made of round hole perforated stainless steel, galvanized steel or aluminum sheets.

LOUVERS, BRISE SOLEIL & PERGOLAS

Splice angles used to join sections in heights are for alignment purposes only and cannot be considered as structural elements. Louver blades are welded to the jambs and central blade support are acceptable.

It must be recognized that all Louvers will permit some degree of water penetration when exposed to wind driven rain. Floor drains should be provided in the plenum behind the louver.

A new test method that includes Wind Driven Rain was being released by AMCA in 1999 – AMCA Standard 500L-1999.

Louvers can be built in multiple sections with visible mullions both vertically and or horizon-tally or they can be built in a continuous blade method (CB) offering an uninterrupted blade line. They can also be built into a penthouse with mitered or box corners.

As a standard all ALKOLIC louvers built in a single section are designed to support a 25 psf (100 mph) wind load. All louvers having 2 sections in width by 2 sections in height or more may require additional structure to support the wind load.

Add beauty and shade without the maintenance of wood with Aluminium Pergolas. ALKOLIC Aluminium Pergolas are built to last with heavy duty extruded aluminium coated with an AAMA 2604 certified powder coat finish. ALKOL-IC Aluminium Pergolas are engineered to add strength while hiding unsightly fasteners and brackets commonly found on other systems.

The high strength decorative aluminium extrusions require no inserts inside the profiles for strength. Our Pergola systems are engineered to assemble quickly and precisely.

The SLX Break-out door system: Designed to provide convenient automatic access in day-to-day situations, while guaranteeing a safe exit for emergency services in the event of an incident. The total opening system allows the door to be opened across its entire width for the entry or exit of bulky items.

Designed to provide convenient, barrier free access in day-to-day situations, while guaranteeing a safe exit for occipants and easy entry for emergency services in the event of a fire: The SLX Break-Out sliding-door system, with its elegant, transparent design, offers multi-functional performance. If an incident arises, the sliding door-which are fitted with hinges - can be opened manually with the same swivel action as a normal door to provide a panic exit for building occupants and access for the emer-gency services.

Redundant automatic doors for escape und rescue ways

Redundant door systems for automatic opening can be supplied with master/ slave backup opera-tion. All system components are monitored. This ensures that at least one system is always available to operate the emergency opening mechanism in the event of an alarm being activated. The installation of these backup elements does not affect the outer appearance of the door.

If there is a power failure, the rubber cord opens the door in a one-off operation. You are recom-mended to use this system in combination with battery backup.

Smoke-inhibiting automatic sliding door SLM CS200

This door lets you enjoy all the usual convenience of an automatic sliding door in day-to-day use. If a smoke alarm is activated, the door closes to prevent the smoke from spreading to the rest of the building. The door can be operated with an emergency open button in the event of an incident. The glass door panels, which are held in place by slim aluminium frame sections, are fitted with special all-round seals. Other applications: The seals provide extra protection from unpleasant smells and noise.

SLX-SBF automatic fire-door: one system three functions

The Kaba automatic sliding fire-door ensures three functions in one: It provides convenient, barrier-free access in day-to-day situations, while offering robust flame protection and entry for the emergency services in the event of a fire. Its thermal shield offers protection for 30 minutes, thus delaying the spread of fire. If a fire alarm is activated, the automatic sliding fire-door can be opened manually like a conventional swing door in order to provide an emergency exit. Built-in closing mechanisms ensure that the door shuts again to provide a fire barrier once it has performed its emergency-exit function.
