You will also learn how to release your own tension and improve your

posture, flexibility and balance. Go to www.sensemethod.com to learn

more about Mary and the Feldenkrais method.

Cost: $125.00 per day, early registration. (2 or 3 day option available)

The IEA was founded in 2002 and was organized

to promote and improve the quality of equestrian competition and

instruction available to middle school and high school students. Its

mission is to set standards for competition, and to promote the

common interest in safe riding instruction and sportsmanship. The IEA

includes over 5,000 riders, and several hundred teams competing to

qualify for approx. 300 riding slots at IEA National Finals. The IEA

competition format is unique in that riders compete on unfamiliar

horses chosen randomly at the beginning of each class.
