Our principals are well seasoned professionals, and have a combined experience of over 60 years in Retail, Hospitality, Facilities, and Public Sector projects. Steven YbarraPresident

Mr. Ybarra has personally coordinated and managed more than one hundred developments for individual retailers and shopping center developers in california, Arizona, and Nevada. His extensive experience in commercial and retail architecture, with a specific emphasis on site and design development, has made him a valuable team leader. During the first 20 years of his career, Mr. Ybarra worked primarily in project management and client relationshipwhile in the last 12 years ; he has redirected his efforst to front-end real state development coordination, entitlements, and account management.

Manuel Carlos, AIADirector of Design

Mr. Carlos serves as Director of Design for SA Design Concepts. His expertise includes design for higher education, public agencies, reatail store tenants, super market, shops, pads, and major ratail/lifestyle centers. He provided Public Sector design for nine yeras with CHCG Architects and three years with Jacob Carter Burgerss. While there, he designed a number of reatail centers: The Orange County Flood Control District (OCFCD); Landcaster City Hall: and Marana Health Center in Arizona Mr. Carlos alswo was a senior designer for project at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and NBC Studio in Burbank, California.

Alejandro Rey MolinariSenior Project Manager

Mr. Molinari has developed working drawings and constuction drawings for many developments for dindivudal retailers and shopping center in California, Arizona, and Washington. His experience in commercial and retail architecture, with a specific emphasis on tennant Improvementsand design development, has made him a valuable team member. During the first 5 years of his career, Mr. Molinari lived and worked in Madrid, Spain. Then for 7 years he worked in Argentina, while in the last 10 years, he worked from Argentina for California based Architectural Offices.

Armando Medel Designer

Mr. Medel is a recent graduate from Woodbury University with a Bachelor in Architecture. While finishing his education he worked doing Landscape Architecture, remodeling residential and commercial projects. He has an interest in research for improvements in systems integration for sustainable Architecture design, and now he works as a member for SA design concepts.
