OBJECTIVES/GOALS Our first objective was to complete a

bullying video where we are the actors. Isabella will play the bully and Berta will play the victim.

Our second objective was to complete a video clip with a couple of short clips explaining the causes and effects of bullying and how the victim feels.

3 INTERESTING THINGS FROM THE WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW SECTION OF

THE LEARNING LAUNCHER

The first silent film was created in 1888.

Motion pictures were one of the most cultural inventions in history.

Films were silent because it was a challenge for them to combine audio with film.

SUMMARYDID YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS?

We didn’t achieve our goals because our goals were to complete a movie about bullying and a silent film using inter titles (title cards), but we only did one movie.

WAS THIS TOO EASY, TOO HARD, OR JUST RIGHT?

It was kind of hard because we didn’t know a lot about Sony Vegas Movie Studio but once we looked at the “show me how” toolbar in the software, it was much easier because it helped us do what we needed to do in order to complete the movie.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE THE NEXT GROUP?

The advice I would give the next group is to make your script before you start filming and to make deadlines. Also to save your stuff in the right file because then you lose your movie ☻
