12 WEEK MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME TO BECOME A

The course has been designed by Industry experts and Members of Steering committee @ C4i4 Labs. C4i4

Labs is an initiative from DHI (Department of heavy Industries) Government of India, for providing a

necessary framework for digitalization in the manufacturing sector. There are currently only 4 centers under

DHI. The Centers are located at IIT Delhi, IISC Bangalore, CMTI Bangalore and C4i4 Lab Pune.

The 12-week Digital Champion programme aims at leveraging INSIDERS from companies for a step by step

digital transformation. Therefore, a Digital Champion is someone inside an organization who can effectively

define the blue print, prioritize and implement the organization's digital vision. The program requires you to

work as an individual as well as in groups. Each small phase of the program ensures a development of one

specific skill and takes you closer to becoming a digital champion.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The digital champion program provides a comprehensive suite of tools to understand your current

readiness in the digital journey of your firm, prepare you for crafting your digital vision for the company. At

the strategic level it equips you to appreciate the elements of digital strategy, platforms, ecosystems and

digital business models. Examine what it means for organizations to be digitally ready and consider the

implications for human social networks in a digital ready organization. Finally examine people, process and

digital philosophy that established companies apply to succeed in a digital era.

The Digital Champions Program is based on Action Learning and involves both individual as well as group tasks. The program will employ different pedagogy for effective learning and includes Faculty lead lectures and discussion inside classroom, Individual lead learning, learning from peers during workshop & Boot camp, coaching & mentoring by industry experts, learning by doing by going through a journey of Preparing a Business Plan, Project Implementation and finally presenting the success of the Business Plan to the Board

PEDAGOGY

The program will be facilitated by a team of experts who have implemented Digitization in their respective company. Professionals who have run pilot projects in SME / MSME by handholding organizations sequentially through problem identification, pilot project design, implementation and monitoring outcome. Practice Faculty who come with demonstrated capabilities and understanding the benefits of various technologies under Industry 4.0.

MINIMUM BATCH SIZE
