PurposeUse this procedure to perform an analysis of SAP internal and external sales for the University of Leeds.

5.1 As required, complete/review the following fields.

Sales organization O Defaults to UNIV.

Distribution channel O Defaults to 01.

Division O Defaults to 01.

Select 02 to report on the Internal Market. For both markets, leave blank.

These are accounting periods e.g. period 01 2002 is August 2001.

Standard Analysis for Info Structure S912: Parameters

6.3 As required, complete/review the following fields:

Number of previous periods

OClick on to change the number of months shown in the report.

With current period OLeave to show the current month in the report.

Charact. Colum OClick on to adjust the character column width.

Suggest 30-40.

Key figure column OClick on to adjust the key figure column width.

Suggest leave as is.

Characteristic display OClick on Key and description.

6.4 Click on once you have selected the parameters you require.

Switch drilldown

7.1 Select the radio button as appropriate to display sales information.

7.2 The following table describes what selection of each option provides:

Field Name R/O/C Description

Ctry sold-to party O List displays the countries in which the sold-to parties reside.

Distribution channel O Refers to the University as a whole.

Division O 01- General debtors is external sales.

02- Internal market is internal sales.

Material O List displays the value of the materials sold by the University.

Material group O List displays the value of material groups sold by the University.

All materials are assigned to a material group.

Sales office O List displays sales by a particular sales office.

Sales organization O Refers to the University as a whole.

Ship-to party O List displays the value of materials by the ship-to parties.

Note SAP term for customers.

Period O List displays the periods in which the sales were made. This will result from the periods entered on the selection screen.

8.4 Click on beside the Sales office name in the top of the display to select a different sales office.

8.5 Click on when you have completed viewing the display.

The principle of the above procedure applies to all characteristics. If you click on

while in the above display, you can select a different characteristic. See display below for a ship-to display. Also it is possible to drill down further by

selecting a row and clicking on again.
