RVT Update RVT Committee Meeting Update The latest RVT Committee meeting took place on December 3, 2017 at Stanbridge College in Irvine, CA. The committee discussed topics such as the CVMA CVA Program, CVMA Awards, and recruitment. Each district representative gave a report about local activities and the CVMA RVT liaison updated the committee on proposed laws and regulations affecting RVTs. In addition, the committee discussed potential topics for RVT webinars and wet labs for 2018. Committee members also received a presentation from the California Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps and its mission to assist in providing emergency veterinary care to animals in disasters. The 2018 Pacific Veterinary Conference Features Technician-specific CE and a Tech Fair! Join us in San Francisco on June 28 to July 1 for PacVet 2018! This four-day conference features 28+ technician-specific CE, Vet Expo, and Tech Fair with raffle prizes, appetizers, and a no-host bar.
