Personalized Run/Yoga Sessions A 90 minute combination session with the focus split between running and yoga specially designed for endurance athletes and specifically designed to work on areas of weakness and tightness. Running sessions will concentrate on the different types of workouts (tempo, fartlek, hills) and the yoga with focus on strength, flexibility, body awareness, and mental focus. This session offers the benefits of building core strength, increasing flexibility, and bringing the mind/ body connection together. Cost $99 / 90 minute session (one-on-one and completely personalized to need individual needs and goals) Running Coach: Cristin Van Driel USA Track and Field Certified Coach and American College of Sports Medicine -Certified Personal Trainer) Cristin has been improving the lives of her clients for years. Cristin's mission is to motivate and educate her clients to allow the achievement of established goals. She enjoys working with all ages and abilities; young kids to seniors and beginning exercisers to elite athletes. Her extensive knowledge in the field comes from years of personal experience (14+ years competing at a high level), opportunity to learn from the best, and certifications obtained in related fields. Yoga Instructor: Bernie Rosen Bernie has been practicing yoga since 1997 and teaching since 2000. He received his certification as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher and RYT 200 in June of 2000. In 2002 he was initiated by Yogarupa Rod Stryker in the Sri Vidya tradition. Bernie is a senior student of Rod Stryker and in February of 2006 he obtained his RYT 500 through Rod’s ParaYoga Master Teacher Training Program. Bernie is the Editor of the ParaYoga Master Training Manual. He has also earned an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Educator Certificate from The American Institute of Vedic Studies in 2005.
