Host Meeting ID will be circulated through sms on 08 August 2020. 2. Concerned subject teacher will perform invigilation during each exam. 3. Students have to appear at the exam in front of the camera of laptop, desktop or cell phone. 4. Invigilator will display the question paper on the whiteboard of zoom meeting room from 10:55 am to 11:15 am. 5. Students should take screen shot of the question paper and should save the same in their device. 6. Students will start writing on the answer script just at 11:00 am and stop writing sharp at 2:00 pm. 7. Students must use their actual name as ID. Absence of student’s actual name and presence of fake name/ID on the zoom meeting room will confirm absence of that student from the exam hall. 8. Students will take image of all the pages of their answer scripts and send those to the email address of the subject teacher by 2:15 pm on the same day positively. e. Keep the cursor on any selected image and press right button of mouse, there is ‘Send to’ option.
f. Take the cursor on ‘Send to’ you will get ‘Compressed (zipped) folder’.
g. Now click left button on mouse. Files will automatically be converted to zip folder and saved.
9. Process to send images to your concerned teacher through email:
a. Sign in your Gmail/Yahoo account.
b. Click ‘Compose’, write Name of exam (1st Term End Exam), Subject (Bangla/English etc.), your Name, Roll Number, Section and Class in the body.
c. Click ‘Attach files’ and select zip folder from the PC and press ‘Open’. Zip folder will automatically be uploaded.
d. Type email address of concerned teacher in the “To” field and click on ‘Send’.
Note: If any student does not have laptop or desktop, he/she can send images from mobile phone. In that case, he/she must inform the concerned teacher.
10. If any student fails to submit image of their answer scripts online within stipulated time, his/her answer script will not be evaluated.
NOTICE FOR THE PARENT 1. Parents will collect and preserve all the answer scripts of their child. 2. On completion of all the exams, parents should put all the answer scripts in one packet and should write name, roll number, section and class on the packet. 3. Parents should submit packet of answer scripts in the office of MGSC. Date of submission will be intimated in time.
