4. BLO Jivika By this application BLO can submit the daily requirement of Dry Ration Kits, Food Packets in his/her
area. He can also identify and enter the colonies where the food is required. BLO will also enter the
details of NGO/Organizations/Individuals of his area in this Module.
1. User Login
Login to the RSMP app using your registered BLO mobile number only

BLO would have multiple options to enter details related to colonies,
beneficiary, daily requirements, donor details etc.

By using this option BLO need to prepare a list of all colonies of his area,
where he think that the Dry Ration Kits or Ready Food Packets would be
required.

5. Citizen Self Survey a) If a citizen of Jaipur City wants to inform about the symptoms of Corona, he/
she need to click on “Jaipur City COVID-19 Survey”.
b) Enter the required information and click on Submit button.

the symptoms of Corona and travel history, he needs to Click on “Citizen
Survey”

7. E-Pass request by Kisaan (Farmer) Click on “Kisaan ePass” button
Now click on “Kisaan E-Pass Aavedan”

E-Pass request shall be submitted & following message shall be displayed

8. Approval/ Rejection of ePass request The verifying authority need to access the Admin Panel by using this URL :
https://rsmp.online/cldpass/#/login
The approving Authority (i.e. For Individual Passes the Head of District Control Room) is
mapped as approving authority. He can log in with his SSO ID or Mobile No in this admin
console.
He can take action by clicking on view. He has options to update 2 information's Pass
Validity dates and the Travel/ Pass Type.
Admin User had 2 options either to Approve or Reject. As soon as action is taken the
applicant get notification via SMS and in the App.

The PDF of pass may be downloaded from the App and from the link mentioned in the SMS.
The QR Code of the Pass May be scanned to check its validity.

9. Ration Kit
This module is under Services category of RSMP RajConecT Application.
By using this, BLO or any other distributor/donor will submit the details of
the Dry Ration Kits or Food Packets distributed to the family (the family will
identified based on JanAadhaar / Mobile / Aadhaar or Ration Card) to
ensure that the kits are being distributed on real needy peoples as per
requirement.
BLO/ Donor/ Distributor need to login as a citizen. He will click on the
Ration Kit under Services category.
Here he needs to perform these 3 tasks:
1. Registration of Himself
2. Preparing Dry Ration Kit
These 2 are the one time activities. After this he can distribute Dry Ration
Kit and/or Ready Food Packets to multiple families by recording their
details based on JanAadhaar No or Ration Card Number.

9.2. Prepare Dry Ration Kit The BLO/ Donor need to create his Dry Ration Kit by specifying its name
and what materials it consist of. He can prepare multiple type of kits
with different names, if required. At the time of distribution he simply
need to select the name of Kit. If required he can edit a kit later.

9.3. Distribution of Dry Ration Kits and/ or Ready Food Packets
The detail of the family will be fetched based on JanAadhaar/
Mobile/ Aadhaar or Ration Card. If these both options does
not work out, his family detail Name and Mobile No of head
of family and total no of members would be asked and save
before distribution. Simultaneously the previous distribution
history will be showcased to the distributer, so that he can
make decision based on this to cancel or continue
distribution.
