Rotamec was formed in May 2000 to service industry in the field of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Initially set up as a rewind and repair company, in 2003 Rotamec incorporated a transmission side of the business so as to be able to provide a complete package to industry.

Rotamec distributes a wide range of fans and pumps, many of which are on the shelf so as to be able to respond to urgent requirements. In house balancing is also available up to two tonne capacity.
Rotamec offers a wide range of roller chains and sprockets, clutches and brakes, timing drive, v-belt drive, couplings, tensioners, idler sprockets, castors and wheels.
Rotamec offers a full rewind service for all AC and DC motors, new bearings are fitted, armatures can be skimmed and undercut, field coils and interpoles can be re-leaded and brush gear renewed, therefore ensuring many more years of reliable service.
Rotamec’s on site stock guarantees that in the vast majority of cases the part you are looking for will be immediately available, including a large selection of bearings.
Rotamec dedicated to onsite engineering, the Site Services team, optimises response times across the South Western and Southern regions, fulfilling our commitment to minimise critical plant downtime.
Rotamec keeps a large selection of gearboxes in stock and can obtain any not on the shelf. Furthermore a comprehensive repair and refurbishment service is offered for all types of gearbox.

Rotamec have facilities to repair & rebuild motors, gearboxes, pumps and fans of all sizes and provide an unrivalled service to a large range of industries across the South West, and often at very short notice.
Every job follows a strict quality system and is handled by a skilled, qualified and experienced workforce providing a full service including:
Rotamec have a constant stream of motors, pumps and fans being repaired and overhauled. Nothing is too small or too big, from an 0.2Kw pump and smaller to a 670Kw ABB motor and bigger.

This is the highest level of service provided by Rotamec.
Work activity will commence on clients instruction and continue to be worked on 24 hours or until the job is complete.
Work activities will be given priority status and dedicated skilled engineers.
Whilst this is subject to the availability of stock and/or replacement parts, we have an awareness of the availability of any parts required and delivery requirements in order to meet this delivery commitment to the client.
This is a high level service provided by Rotamec.
Work activities will be started and worked on with overtime to return the job within 48 hours.
We will use our best efforts to undertake the repair(s) which will be completed at the earliest opportunity.
Subject to the availability of stock and/or replacement parts.
The lead times of any ordered parts required are to be factored into overall delivery commitment to the client.
This is the normal routine service provided by Rotamec on the basis of providing the client with both an satisfactory and economical level of service.
Work activities will be started and worked within normal hours on receipt of an instruction from the client.
We will use our best efforts to action the repair(s) which will be completed at the earliest opportunity.
Subject to the availability of stock and/or replacement parts.
The lead times of any ordered parts required are to be factored into overall delivery commitment to the client.
