GENERAL CONCLUSION & OBSERVATIONS
HOUSING QUALITY
This area of Rosewood Neighborhood can be clearly recognized as a very diverse area in terms of its housing quality. There are no outstanding patterns of segregation, but mild accumulation of “GOOD - NEW” housing in a few areas, as well as “VACANT” lots along a portion of Webervil le Rd.Housing in general aims to showcase a unique personality.
