That’s Rosann Williams and her daughter Jenna, REALTOR ® , GRI, an award-win- ning twosome who make the southeast valley real estate mar- ket sizzle like the Mesa sun. Mother and daughter have a 96 percent referral rate, a testament to their commitment to treating people right. “We offer a multi-generational approach to real estate,” Rosann says, “which is so beneficial for our clients. With our 30-year age difference we see things differently, and it really helps strengthen us. We make sure things go smoothly so clients are pleased. It’s not about the mon- ey. It’s about ensuring that the home fits, about taking care of your people. People sense if you’re in it for the right reasons.” Rosann’s reasons, which include the joy of customer service, the relationships she builds, and a job well done, must be right, because the clients keep coming. A for- mer media and event planner, Rosann loved real estate long before she got into it professional- ly. She and her husband lived on the East Coast and did a couple of corporate moves there, in addition to invest- ing in property on Cape Cod. She was always fascinated by the market changes. Rosann opened her own business when they moved to Arizona in the 90s—but she really wanted to be in real estate. She became a licensed agent in 2002, and in 2011 her daughter joined the practice right out of college. Rosann has done so many transactions over the years that even though each one is different, she gets a good feeling about it innately—or she’s able to anticipate the issues that might arise. She’s in constant contact with her clients, and they love her honesty, sincerity and responsiveness. She takes care of their needs. “These are people I’ve known for years or who have been referred to me,” she says. “I treat them like friends or family. It’s not about me. I’m just there to facilitate and navigate.” The aspect she loves most is the trust that develops. Real estate can be foreign to many people—some might sell only two or three homes in their lifetime. The Williams Team sells more than 50 homes a year and understands what’s involved. Rosann is there for her clients on so many levels, from referring them to contractors to setting up a timeline for their move. “For many people, moving can be daunt- ing,” she says. “I’m happy to set up a schedule and break down the tasks for them so it’s not so overwhelming.” Rosann stays in front of clients after the transaction closes, whether by mailings and delivering gifts to their homes or monthly parties at an outdoor venue with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. “Being outside of business, a party enables us to connect on a different level,” she says. With such personal care, it’s no wonder Rosann has been honored as a member of the Realty Executives Club, the SEVRAR Multi-Million Dollar Producers Club and the Top Producer 100 Percent Club, and has won the Top Diamond Award and Chair- mans Award as well as the Top 10 Percent Realty Executives Award. Always eager to share her knowledge, she coauthored the book “What To Know about Buying Real Estate in the Phoenix Marketplace,” a Local Einsteins book. As this dynamic team moves forward, they plan to maintain their position in the top 10 percent of producers nationwide for their company. “My daughter and I are a strong, powerful team,” she says, “and we’re well re- ceived by our clients.
