• Counseling between Academic Officer and Knobs 2x per semester and for upperclassmen who have below a 2.5 gpa or a D on midterms.– Possibly Restrict leave
• Continue to foster an ESP friendly environment• Continuous communication between academic
advisor and academic officer • Implement a study hall for cadets who get below

• Trim down the drill manual and focus on only practical drill movements that pertain to cadet life
• Continue a steady MRI plan to ensure success during SMI’s
• Fix accountability formations and emphasize the importance of the Squad Leader
• Constantly Reinforce and Re-educate the Blue Book with subordinates in leadership positions
• Clearly set expectations, Trust but Verify

• Emphasize the importance of PT attendance and hold everyone accountable
• Make PT enjoyable by creating a workout for the company – More flexibility
