Vendor Development

Supplier Selection through QCDDM (Quality, Cost, Development, Delivery, Management). Visiting vendor facilities for technical support & also to set up the process so that required quality

& target dates can be achieved, planned supplier audit on the basis of HONDA supplier QAV-II step 2~5.

Interacting with vendors for resolving defects in components / bugs in design through Vendor audit of tooling and process.

Development of the Jigs & Fixtures – Clarification of all the technical Specs & follow-up with Vendor for the same in India & abroad.

Documentation

Preparation of APQP timing chart as per the customer requirement. Keeping track of preparation & timely distribution of PFD, Control plan, PFMEA, Spec chart etc. Documentation as per ISO-TS-16949 & Internal Quality Auditor for the same. Developing & maintaining Bill of Material in excel.
