The second challenge is to maintain. Maintaining this new culture will be even harder under these conditions. To maintain the new culture the Ritz-Carlton has to go through these steps: Planning- Ritz Carlton has changed into a centralized management division Organizing - Employees are more independent of their work Leading- Training is provided for motivation purposes and job satisfaction Controlling - Constant checking and control on internal and external operations
