Friends, It is HERE! As of THIS MONTH we will be launching our full-time Young Adult ministry! As a church, we believe there is so much that will be gained from having a space where Young Adults can hang out, make connections, build relationships, and be refreshed. Our goal is not to replace Sunday mornings, but to create an environment that is ideal for young adults, their coworkers, and friends to discuss relevant topics and struggles - a place that will help lead them to a relationship with Jesus! As far as what age we are considering “young adult,” we have decided post-high school to 29 years old. You are receiving this email because we believe you to be one of the CORE young adults at Rockford First. Because of this, you are invited and encouraged to attend our YA (Young Adult) Pre- Launch. The YA Pre-Launch will be a night when the core young adults of Rockford First come together, hear the heart behind the YA ministry, and believe and pray for the all the 18- to 29-year-olds in this city that need to hear the message of HOPE that is embedded in a relationship with Jesus.
