If you want to make fixed regular payments and guarantee the future value of your car, then Personal Contract Purchase could be the right option for you. •How it works • Simply choose the car you wish to purchase, agree your annual mileage and decide your agreement term of

Future Value (GMFV) of your car at the end of your agreement. The GMFV is deferred to the end of the agreement and is the optional final payment.

• The GMFV and any deposit are deducted from the price of your car. You make regular payments based on the remaining balance plus the agreement interest.

• At the end of the agreement, just choose from one of the following options: i.Renew. Choose a new car from your dealer and use any excess value over the GMFV towards your deposit. ^^Abarth 595 Complimentary Servicing Offer Customer Terms & Conditions 2 YEARS’ COMPLIMENTARY SERVICING OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS Abarth Service Plan (“Service Plan”) is applicable to each Abarth 595 & 595C ordered between 6th July and 30th September 2017 and registered by 30th September 2017. The Service Plan covers the cost of parts, lubricants and labour required as part of the manufacturer’s scheduled servicing (including all oil and oil filter changes*) until the expiry of 2 years from registration of the vehicle or the vehicle has had its first two scheduled services whichever occurs first. (*The oil and filter changes are dependent on driving style and are triggered by an on board warning light). Items which require replacement or repair due to wear and tear or misuse are not included in the Service Plan. The Service Plan comprises the following scheduled services as set out in the vehicle handbook: The services due at the earlier of 9,000 miles or the expiry of one year and 18,000 miles or the expiry of two years. To claim your complimentary servicing, you will need to bring your vehicle to an authorised Abarth dealer and present the Service Plan confirmation letter which will be sent to you following purchase of your vehicle. It is a condition of the Service Plan that the scheduled servicing (referred to in condition 4 (a) and (b) above) is carried out in accordance with Abarth’s time and mileage recommendations. The Service Plan is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle but is not transferable to another vehicle. The Service Plan can be used in conjunction with PCP, APP or a cash purchase. Fiat Tipo - **5 Years Warranty & Roadside Assistance Customer Terms & Conditions MAXIMUM CARE WARRANTY TERMS Fiat Tipo - 5 Years Warranty & Roadside Assistance Customer Terms & Conditions The Maximum Care Warranty cover starts following the expiry of the 36 months of cover you have under your Manufacturer Warranty and Dealer Warranty (together, your “Standard Warranty”) providing a further 24 months warranty & roadside assistance, a total of 60 months (5 years) cover. Under the Maximum Care Warranty, FCA UK will warrant your vehicle and provide the Roadside Assistance Service for 24 months in addition to your Standard Warranty, subject to the exception in the next paragraph. Please note that this Maximum Care Warranty is subject to a maximum mileage limit of 100,000 miles . If the maximum mileage limit is exceeded at any time prior to or during the Maximum Care Warranty cover period, you shall no longer benefit from the Maximum Care Warranty and no refund shall be provided. The Maximum Care Warranty does not cover, nor will assistance be provided for, any kind of fault or defect related to parts subject to wear and tear. These parts include (without limitation) by way of example: tyres, wheel rims/hub cups, spark plugs/glow plugs, clutch, brake discs/pads, batteries, windscreen, windscreen/rear window/headlight wiper blades, rear brake shoes, brake drums, accessory drive belts (excluding timing belt), shock absorbers, lights (internal and external), fuses, exhaust pipe system (except the emissions control system, catalytic converter and particulate filter which are included), lubricators, filters and wheel adjustment. Following transfer, the full history of the vehicle shall continue to be taken into account for the purpose of applying the terms of the Maximum Care Warranty. If your vehicle is stolen or declared an insurance write off prior to (but not after) the expiry of the Standard Warranty, you may transfer the unexpired balance of the Maximum Care Warranty to a new replacement same brand vehicle which is registered in your name by applying in writing to FCA UK (giving full details) at the time of, or within 15 days after, the first registration of that vehicle.
