I, Daniel Manapat Aguirre, a graduate of Malayan Colleges Laguna hereby depose and say: That I am currently enrolled in the ECE Review Program of Excel Review Center in preparation for the ECE Board Exam on OCTOBER 2015. That I choose to avail all the privilege and discounts of an Exclusive Reviewee offered to me by Excel Review Center. That I will not enroll nor attend classes in any review center other than Excel Review Center. That I will not allow any other review center to use my name in any of their advertisements in all means and that only Excel Review Center can claim me as one of its reviewees. That this undertaking is executed that I am an Exclusive Reviewee of Excel Review Center.
