    The Key Levels for the US Capi ta l Mar kets

    10-Year Note (1.568) tested a new all time low yield at 1.439 last Friday. Semiannual and monthly valuelevels are 1.903 and 1.909 with daily, quarterly, semiannual and weekly risky levels at 1.498, 1.407, 1.385 and1.370.

    Comex Gold ($1620.0) My annual value level is $1388.4 with my annual pivot at $1575.8, daily and weeklypivots at $1617.7 and $1612.1, and semiannual and monthly risky levels at $1635.8, $1659.4 and $1695.4. Myquarterly risky level is $1871.9. Gold held the base of the popped bubble at $1535 to $1525. The 50-dayand 200-day moving average Death Cross is at $1622.7 and $1686.5.

    Nymex Crude Oil ($84.20) My semiannual value level is $79.83 with daily and weekly pivots at $83.41 and$86.55 and quarterly, annual and semiannual risky levels at $101.55, $103.58 and $104.84. Crude oil set anew YTD low Monday at $81.21versus the 200-week SMA at $81.11.

    The Euro (1.2447) My daily value level is 1.2312 with weekly, monthly, semiannual and quarterly risky levels

    at 1.2646, 1.2815, 1.2980 and 1.3366. The June 2010 low is 1.1880.Holding my weekly pivots at 1278.3 S&P 500 and 736.52 Russell 2000 targets my weekly pivot at 4903 DowTransports, then my weekly risky level at 12,279 Dow Industrials then my annual pivot at 12,312 Dow. Under1278.3 SPX and 736.52 small caps is risk to my weekly and annual value levels at 2716 and 2698 on theNASDAQ. My call for this week remains the same Reversal-oriented trading around the weekly pivots.

    Daily Dow:(12,128) No nearby value levels with a daily pivot at 12,138, a weekly risky level at 12,279, the 200day simple moving average at 12,263, my annual pivot at 12,312, and quarterly risky level at 12,794. Annualand monthly risky levels are 14,032 and 14,201.

    S&P 500 (1285.5) My weekly and daily pivots are 1278.3 and 1286.0, the 200-day simple moving average at1285.7, and quarterly, annual, monthly and annual risky levels at 1337.7, 1363.2, 1504.8 and 1562.9.

    NASDAQ (2778) Weekly and annual value levels are 2716 and 2698 with a daily pivot at 2767, the 200-day

    simple moving average at 2761, and quarterly, annual and monthly risky levels at 2911, 3232 and 3248.Dow Transports (4869) No nearby value levels with daily and weekly pivots is 4917 and 4903, the 200-daysimple moving average at 4956, and quarterly risky level at 5420, and the all time high set at 5627.85 on July11, 2011.

    Russell 2000 (746.09) Weekly and daily pivots are 736.52 and 746.12, the 200-day simple moving average a756.73, and quarterly and annual risky levels at 829.34 and 836.15, and the all time high set at 868.57 on May2, 2011.
