In the peaceful village of reach, there was a chief named Hrothgar and his daughter Hayenna, but then, Hayenna was taken by the fire demon.

Hayenna has been kidnapped! That is not the worst of our problems,

either. The Fire Demon has made an ally: the Tempest

God! Prepare for the battle to come!

Good! Almost done!

Hrothgar began digging a ditch, or Dyke, for defense against the fire demon and Tempest God. With the help of the neighboring giants, he was progressing well.

They cut down trees and dug a ditch to prepare for the upcoming battle.

And then, a mystical storm appeared, sent by the Tempest God.

Water God, stop the fire and the mystical storm!

Noooooooooooo!!!!!!

Eat water, demon!!!

Why???

Then, Hrothgar's water spirit sent a tidal wave to the fire demon.

Yay!!!!!

Wot, wot!!!

Woohoooo!!!!!!!

Then, because the river and the water spirit helped them to defeat the fire demon, the villagers grabbed all of their valuables, gold, silver, jewels, and other worldly possessions...

And no demon ever bothered the village of Reach again. However, that does not mean that there were no more spirits in Reach. To this day, a souless dog with red eyes still walks around the Devil's Dyke.
