Administering a complex technical system Asterisk based of voip soft

switches. Responsibility of the billing system, planning and designing new

projects of ip pbx's. Working with international suppliers and international

communication providers. Bringing new customers to the company and

managing a working staff (field support engineers and tech. support). Linux

and Windows expertise.

2006-2008: Tadiran Telecom.

Field support engineer. Working as a main integrator on the company

products (pbx's, softswitches, ip phones). Administering new and existing

projects for the international customers of the company. Maintaining the ip

pbx's of the company, dealing with bugs that have been discovered on the

field and solving them with the R&D teams.

After the first year, I have been assigned to the R&D team as a special

integrator and managed the integration lab. I was considered as a specialist

to an Asterisk based ip pbx's. I have connected a variety equipment to the

company's products, due to the vast knowledge that I have acquired in the

communication data area, ip and data security.

2003-2005: Golden Lines.

Working in a senior professional support team as a 3rd level support to the

business customers of the company.
