The DSSSB vide its advertisement number 01/2015 with closing date 26.11.2015, had advertised 13 vacancies (UR-06, OBC-05, SC-02) for the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector (Male) in Transport Department under Post Code 64/2015. Board conducted Tier-I written examination for recruitment in respect of this post on 05.03.2017. On the basis of the Tier-I examination 21 candidates were shortlisted to appear for Tier-Il examination vide result notice number 508 dated 09.05.2017. 2. The Tier II examination was conducted on 11.06.2017 wherein 19 candidates appeared. Tier-Il Marks of the candidate have been uploaded on Board's Website vide notice number F.l(323)/CC-II/DSSSB/2017/ 1306-1315 dated 28.09.2017. Later vide notice dated 28.03.2018 e-dossiers of 16 candidates were obtained. 3. After preliminary scrutiny of the candidature of candidates as per the provisions of the statutory Recruitment Rules for the post in respect of the educational qualification and the terms and conditions of the advertisement, the following candidates are provisionally selected to the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector (Male) in Transport Department under Post Code 64/2015 for consideration of the remarks mentioned against each by the user department. 4. 1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement number 01/2015 with closing date26.11.2015, had advertised 13 vacancies (UR-06, OBC-05, SC-02) for the postof Motor Vehicle Inspector (Male) in Transport Department under Post Code64/2015. Board conducted Tier-I written examination for recruitment inrespect of this post on 05.03.2017. On the basis of the Tier-I examination 21candidates were shortlisted to appear for Tier-Il examination vide result noticenumber 508 dated 09.05.2017.

2. The Tier II examination was conducted on 11.06.2017 wherein 19candidates appeared. Tier-Il Marks of the candidate have been uploaded onBoard's Website vide notice number F.l(323)/CC-II/DSSSB/2017/ 1306-1315dated 28.09.2017. 8. The selection of the above 10 Candidates shall be further subject to thethorough verification of the candidature of the candidate by the UserDepartment including the identity of the candidate. All these selection ispurely provisional subject to admissibility of thel experience detailsfurnished by the candidate in reference to the provisions asprescribed in the RRs for the post by the User Department. DSSSBhas not undertaken veracity/scrutiny of experience certificate beingtechnical in nature. Transport Department may ensure theircorrectness at its own level.

11. The User department shall check the eligibility of the reservation benefit,if any. Further, if applicable User Department shall verify the genuineness ofthe caste certificate furnished by the candidate prior to issuing offer ofappointment to the candidates.

The Competent Authority of the User Department shall arrange to verifythe correctness of the information/ documents as furnished in the applicationforms vis-a-vis the original documents including the Diploma, Driving Licenseand Experience Certification. Further, the appointing authority shall verifythese documents and satisfy itself about the authenticity ofdocuments/ certificates before finally appointing the candidates.

13. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the appointingauthority is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessary thatthe candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.
