The Software RestoX developed which is very beneficial for Restaurant owners as well as Managers. RestoX is

divided in two main Segments. Managerial & owner site using separate Password. Manager can doe Billing ,Order

confirmation of particular Tables ,Stock Management ,Purchase Order, Order swapping, Bill Printing of Various tables

orders & other updating in existing item or add new or changes in price. For fast operating we gave shortcuts to Dish

names which can produce as per user choice.

For Drinking items we’ve use BARCODE system using Barcode Gun( Reading device). Adding new item or

updating existing item ,Stock Management ,Purchase Order & to add Drinking Item in Customer Bill ,everything will be

done using single event (Using Barcode Scanner).

1)First (Main) Form Of RestoX :-

2) MENU CARD :- User can Add new Dishes or Delete/Update existing Dishes. Also User can create their own

unique shortcut for every Dish according to their choice for faster Typing.

3) Daily Counter :-This is very Important console. Billing for every day of counter is being done using this

console not only this but it also contains entire information of current position of running Tables including

name of individual Waiters,Food items,Drink items and may be cash for outside things will aslo display here

of every Customer.Specail feature is You can create No. of Tables with Dfifferent catagories like

AC,Garden,etc and can maintain billing simultanously. Hotel owner can also add or delete no. of tables

using Add Table option also he can deside category for table also for the same. Using paid option User can

print bill of customer’s instantly.

4) Stock Entry :-Stock entry should be done by a single click event (i.e. using Barcode Scanner Gun). There is

no need for to enter any details like Name,Weight just enter purchase rate and MRP. There is one option

inside this is Transfer Stock which is used to transfer Counter stock from Total stock. Also one can update

delete any item if they want.

5) Admin-Stock Panel :- It contains various options like Stock,Daily Counter,Datewise Report,Setting etc.

I. Stock :- which shows the remaining Stock and also PO can be generated from the same form.Stock

will be displayed in three terms below or equal to 20, below or equal to 10 and Zero(Out of stock)

and we’ve used colors for better understanding of sock namely Yellow,Orange & Red.

II. Daily counter:- which show the details of Daily Couter.

III. Date wise Counter :- It shows the details of conter including items sell,total counter etc between two

dates.

IV. Settings :- Username & Password can be changed from setting tab in case of any security threats.

6) Remove/Add/Update Snacks :-Snack Item can be Add/Delete or Modify from here.

7) Admin-Date wise Report Panel :- Admin Can see details of sale between two dates or for single date by

selecting From date & To date option. Also software gives graphical representation details for better & easy

understanding of particular details.
