Stand (facing the attachment point) few inches away from the point holding the handles of a band in both the hands, one each. Get in split stance.

Now pull your arms till the fists touch below the chests. Now release your arms with the same speed (gently) as you pulled them. Do it for 30-35 reps

You can use the band attached in the similar as the standing row exercise. But instead of split stance you need to stand with both your feet side by side shoulder width apart

Handles should be one in each palm and the tube should offer considerable amount of tension on the arms. Now open your arms like a bird stretch its wings

Return your arms to the initial position when they become straight with the back. Perform the resistance band exercise for 30-35 reps.

For doing this exercise, you need to attach the exercise band at a high level, around 2-3 feet more than your height. Get in slight squat stance holding one handle in each palm

Now pull down the band till your fists come close to the shoulders and release it. You can do for around 30 reps.
