Supervisors, now is the time to requalify

Continue to enjoy the incredible benefits of being an Herbalife Supervisor:

• 50% buying privilege on innovative nutrition products

• Earn up to 25% Wholesale Profit

• Eligibility for Royalty Override earnings on orders placed by downline Supervisors

• Eligibility to qualify for fabulous vacations

Three ways to requalify as Supervisorbetween February 1 and January 31:

1. Achieve 4,000 Volume Points in one month, with 1,000 Unencumbered Volume Points.

2. Achieve 2,500 Volume Points in each of two consecutive months, with 1,000 Unencumbered Volume Points each month.

3. Accumulate 4,000 Unencumbered Volume Points at any time during the requalification period.

Using method #3, your downline Supervisor lineages will be moved to the next upline Supervisor – but you will retain your non-Supervisor downline and your 50% buying privileges.

Note: As a Supervisor, you must also keep your annual processing fee (APF) current.

cannot use this volume toward your Supervisor requalification.

What is Unencumbered Volume?

Unencumbered Volume is volume NOT being used by anyone in your personal organization to qualify as Supervisor.

This volume is considered unencumbered to you, so you

can use this volume toward your Supervisor requalification.

Supervisors, if you don’t requalify…

• You fall back to 35% buying privilege in February 2011

• Your status becomes Senior Consultant

• You will lose any downline Supervisor lineages to your next upline Supervisor, but keep your non-Supervisor downline

How to Requalify as a Qualified Producer

The requalification requirements are the same as the initial qualification:

• Personally Purchase 2,500 Volume Points in sales within 1 to 3 volume months during the requalification period (Feb 1 to Jan 31)

Note: Qualified Producers must also ensure their annual processing fee (APF) is current.
