Save the Date

The Arizona Clean Elections Commission sponsors candidate debates in contested primary elections – i.e., where there is more than one candidate running for an office. Thus, the only candidates eligible for the LD2 debates will be Bobby Wilson and Shelley Kais, candidates for LD2 Senate. As of this date, only Mr. Wilson will participate in the ‘debate’, as Ms. Kais has a commitment to teach a course in Hawaii and Japan for the US Navy on that date.

The reason that LD2 House candidates are not in the debate is that, because there are TWO seats in the House, and there are only two candidates vying for the position, this is not a “contested” election. Don’t forget to vote for BOTH of these guys, as well as ONE of the candidates for LD2 Senate!!!

The media loved the long, flowing rhetoric of former President Barack Obama. His flowery verbiage was widely accepted by the global elites all over the world. Obama could give 10 minute answers to questions that were elegant. However, they would leave you scratching your head and wondering what the heck you had just heard. More often than not, his long and flowing answers were basically evasions of the questions he had been asked. As we know from history, Obama was (to be kind) a largely and ineffective “do nothing” president.

Now, we have a tough talking Queens businessman, Donald J. Trump, as our president. He often gives very succinct, short, and blunt answers to questions. You know exactly where he stands on the issues. In President Trump ’s first 500+ days, he has achieved unimaginable successes for our country. Yet, the media despises him. They constantly criticize him for his speech, demeanor, his family, etc. They are worried about how he is perceived by the international community. You know.....the all important dictators, monarchs, communists, and heads of state that our media and Democrats love.

This same media seemingly could care less about the image of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies that is being portrayed overseas. There are mountains of criminal evidence against former and current leaders of the IRS, DOJ, FBI, CIA, and the State Department. The evidence has been available for people to see for months. There is very little reporting done by the mainstream media on the massive amount of evidence that incriminates these government agency leaders. Why? Because they are mostly Obama holdovers and former employees. The media loves Obama and his minions. Hell, they even hire them to put their biased slant on the news.

If we had an honest and unbiased news media, which we do not, they would be very concerned about the tarnished image of our government. We have always strived to be perceived as a country where there is equal justice for all. The world knows, in the USA, this is no longer the case. It has become obvious internationally, that if you are a deep state criminal in the USA, you are above the law. In fact, if you are currently employed by the government, it is unlikely that you will even lose your job, in spite of the crimes you may have committed.

Our country is really teetering on the brink of disaster. The objective of draining the swamp has become a necessity. If the deep state swamp people are allowed to continue their criminal and corrupt ways, our form of government is doomed.

Get involved! It is mandatory that we deliver a victory for President Trump in November. Encourage the President to order the release of all subpoenaed documents (un-redacted). It is my belief that this MUST be done in order for us to remove the criminal element from our government. The guilty parties MUST be incarcerated or their lawlessness will continue.

Jim Stone President

The President’s Message:

100 people came to the American Legion Post #66 on June 7th to hear two of the candidates for Congress in District 2. Brandon Martin from Sierra Vista and Danny ‘DJ’ Morales from Douglas both made excellent presentations and were well received. Moderator Dan Shearer asked a lot of good questions, and the crowd was enthusiastic. Additionally, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, candidate for United States Senate, gave a brief speech.

MISSION STATEMENT

Did YOU bring this gift to the Golden Anniversary celebration?? We want to thank you, but have no way to know who you are. ‘Fess up!!

Kay 520-904-9103 or xstorkad@cox. net

‘Fess up

Heartfelt thanks to each of our members (and like-minded guests) who ventured out on the hottest afternoon of the year to help celebrate the Kohlers’ Golden Anniversary. These folks (and others who were unable to attend) helped us raise more than $1,500 for the upkeep of Green Valley Republican Headquarters! There were more than 45 people at the festivities, and a good time was had by all.

Fifty Years Nets Fifteen Hundred Dollars!

Two of our Board members, Don Schweda and Mat Mathews, have resigned for personal reasons. We appreciate all the time and effort they have contributed, and are pleased that they will continue to be involved in the Club. Because this attrition leaves the Board dramatically underpopulated, the Board has appointed LAUREN BOICE to fill one of these positions. Watch for a photo and biographical information on Lauren in the next newsletter!
