The undersigned would like to request from your good office for financial assistance under the aid to the barangay which is intended for the 1st St. Jude Mayor Rama Cup, a sports development project of this barangay specifically a basketball tournament for junior division which will kick off on September 13, 2015, Sunday, and will end on October 10, 2015.

In this regard, said financial assistance will be utilized for officiating fees and cash prizes amounting to Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P50, 200.00)
